DESCRIPTION
PEACE was created to Add Zest, to Enhance Romance, to Bring Ambiance, to Create a New Atmosphere, and to add Quality Times into our guests lives. This lakeside bungalow is located in a safe and friendly community of Burlington Township, New Jersey. This cozy cottage has 3 bedrooms (total of 1queen and 2 twin beds, 1large Ikea sleeping couch) and 1full bathroom. This cottage is equipped with all the necessary accessible items you need to make your visit enjoyable.
In the morning, the enclosed front porch facing the lake is an invitation to sit and have your favorite cup of drink, while getting yourself lost in reading a good book. In the evening, the elevated back deck facing the serene forest is a place you would enjoy to be connected with nature, while having a profound conversation with your companion(s). The other adjacent boating and fishing lake is steps away from the cottage. Due to all the water activities, visitors are encouraged to bring their swimming, fishing, and boating gears.
Our little lakeside bungalow is Cozy enough for Romantic Couples on dates or Special Celebrations; and it is large enough to accommodate up to five People on Group Getaways or Family Vacations.
HOMEEXCHANGE
In addition to the Rentals, this lakeside Chaumiere is available for HomeExchange between fellow National and International travelers. We are a family of four; but often, our travel party is composed of three, due to the other member busy schedule. Our family would prefer to do home exchange with second home owners and/or those who own multiple vacation properties. This way, it will be easier for us to find available lodging accommodations for our sojourns, as needed, and vice versa. But if you would be flexible with your primary home and would like to be part of our HomeExchange circle, please send your inquiries.
The members of our family are Jacky (husband), Stargee (wife), Dgy(daughter), and Lucci (son). My husband and I are counselors, our daughter is an Undergrad and a TV network Junior Producer, and our son is a freshman in High School. At large, our family speaks English, French, Spanish, and Patois. Our family is FREE from smoking, drugging, drinking, and pets. We are religious, spiritual, educated, respectful, considerate, modest, pleasant, adventurous, down-to-earth, and so on. Our family's favorite social activity is traveling. This is the best way we spend our ultimate quality times together as a family. We also use this great opportunity to explore our graceful world, and specially to learn and enjoy other people' cultures. To know, meet, or hang out with us is to like us. We have built a network of great acquaintances in all the places we have visited. We have simply required people to treat us the same way we treat them. For sure, we definitely treat all incividuals with RESPECT. We certainly LOVE everybody, but anyone with "issues" MUST ignore our homeexchange requests. We just want to live and let live. BIENVENUE!!!

SPECIAL NOTES
This is a NON-SMOKING and PETS FREE leisure rental. Due to allergy reasons, we cannot allow pets on the premises, nor permitted guests to smoke inside of the cottage. Therefore, it is STRONGLY recommended to set up arrangements for your pets prior to your visits. Our smoker guests are required to smoke outside of the cottage. I hope pets owner and smoker visitors understand that we are very concerned about ALL our guests' health and well-being.
